Do you live for the weekend? Make sure to go somewhere in style.
Most of the people we know work hard at their day job; stuck inside the same four walls, with the recycled air, the generic water cooler conversations, and the continuous repetition of work, gym/happy hour, then home – all week long. A weekend is like a mini vacation from the same ol’ same ol.’
We believe in making it real vacation. There are 52 weekends a year and at least eight of them are long 3-day weekends (at least in the United States). Why not take advantage of them? Robert Mason Co. has a few weekender bags that are just the right size – and style – to throw in the overhead bin for a fun trip out of town.
Of course, since we are in fashion, we thought we’d share a few of our favorite weekend getaways that inspire style.

New York City, New York
Of course this is on the list. It’s one of the biggest fashion hubs in the world, the largest city in the United States, and one of the most diverse. Not only does it have some amazing shopping, but the city is full activities – from restaurants to music to art. You could go there every weekend for an entire year and still find new things to do every time.

Los Angeles, California
The home to Hollywood and all of its glittering celebrities, there are plenty of people and places to spot the next big trends or pick up some classics on Rodeo Drive. Since it is California, it also means that it is warm all year long and there are beaches nearby to frolic in the water or work on your tan. There’s always a new area of town to check since the city sprawls over 500 square miles.
Yes, it is in the Midwest, but so is Chicago (another great city to visit). And yes, Robert Mason Co. is headquartered there, but not all of our customers live here – in fact our customers are from around the world. The city was named the third most fashion-forward city in the country (we like to think we helped), and boasts a thriving creative scene for both artists and fashion designers in the Short North and Franklinton neighborhoods. It also has some great restaurants for the foodies to try out – just don’t eat too much so that your new clothes don’t fit. And don’t worry – our bags will always look good on you.
Las Vegas, Nevada
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas – except for the style. When people visit the city they are there to have a good time and that extends to their clothing choices. Besides the fancy hotels and fun times gambling, there are 20 malls to go shopping at and multiple luxurious shops in the city (three Hermès boutiques, four Chanel outposts, and six Louis Vuitton).
So when the next weekend rolls around, pack up a bag and get inspired.
