You have 30 days from your order date on all non-sale items.
Items must arrive at our Columbus, Ohio, USA within those 30 days (see locations page) When received we do a quality check, and you’ll receive a refund using your original payment method (timing may vary).
Products must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging. NO exceptions.
All Sale items and Robert Loves Boxes are final sale.
SHIPPING – UNITED STATES
USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping partners for shipments within the contiguous United States, including the AFO (Armed Forces Oversees) and FPO (Fleet Post Office). American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are considered international shipments.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping partners for international orders (carrier and options vary by destination). The shipping carrier, amount, taxes and fees will be calculated during the checkout process. If you reside in a country where we do not currently ship, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

Expedited shipping is available for all destinations. Expedited shipping options are calculated during the checkout process.
Free shipping is available for shipments within the contiguous United States for orders over $300 USD. Free shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process for applicable orders.
